30 ton direct cooling ice block machine adopts advanced direct cooling technology, abandoning the indirect ice making method of traditional ice making machine relying on brine or cooling pool,widely used in food preservation, port /docks, cold chain logistics, chemical cooling, medical and pharmaceutical industries, etc.

Daily Capacity:It can produce 30 tons of ice blocks per day (each block ice is usually 25/50 kg), which is suitable for large ice factories, aquatics preservation, food processing, cold chain logistics and other industries that require large amounts of ice.
Efficient Ice Making: The ice making speed is fast. Generally, the ice is produced twice in 24 hours. The freezing time is about 10 hours each time the machine is turned on. Compared with the traditional brine tank ice making, the time is shortened by about 2 hours, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction: With advanced refrigeration technology and upgraded management system, the power consumption of 1 ton of ice is as low as 60 degrees.
