tube ice machine is a type ice machine, which produces cylinder shape ice with a hole in the middle; it adopts flooded evaporator model, which improves ice making efficiency and capacity. Meanwhile, compact structure design can save installation space. Ice thickness and hollow part size can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Under PLC program control system to work automatically, the machine has high capacity, low-power consumption, and minimal maintenance.

Tube ice Diameter:22mm, 28mm.35mm,Tube ice lenght: 24-45mm,Tube ice inner size: 3-5mm
2. Do you have engineer in our country to install the machine ?
We could introduce the local engineer to you install the machines.
3. What shall we do if there is any machine's malfunction？
You could see any malfunction reason from the touch screen and we could supply you the solution accordingly.
4. Could you send your engineer from China to install the machines?
Yes, we could send you enigneer from China to install your machine, you will be responsible for the accommodation and the installation cost.
5. Whats the deliver time of your machine?
1~5tons, 30 days since the deposit arrived at our account, 5~20 tons, 45 days. (based on the electricity 380V/50Hz/3p, some special design lead time will be longer)
6. Whats the payment method you accept?
Pay via T/T, LC, In Cash, Western Union, Money Gram. 30% deposit, balance should by paid before shipping.
7. How long the warranty for machine I buy?
12 months since the deliver date.
8. how to install the machine ?
a. manual book and video will be provided to guide you how to install the machine, and also our service online
b. technician can be sent to customer's site too, while the round ticket, visa, accommodation is at customer cost, Installation fee 100 USD/day/person. Local labors are necessary to support our technician's work
