100,000-level cleanroom: pharmaceutical-grade GMP standard equipment, strictly following the requirements of the National Food Safety Standard General Hygiene Specification for Food Production (and international general standards (such as HACCP, GMP). Personnel entering must undergo full-body dust removal and disinfection to ensure that no dust is brought in before entering. Modular layout, visual operation, and sample collection every 2 hours ensure the safety and hygiene of ice cubes.

100-ton front-end ice-making system: fully automatic ice cube machine ice-making equipment adopts four technologies: self-adjustment of ice thickness, self-adaptation to ambient temperature, automatic water replenishment when ice is formed, and stable and auxiliary condensation pressure stabilization system. It is equipped with acrylic viewing window, barrier-free support platform for ice cube machine, ultraviolet light sterilization, upgraded 4.0 version of ice cube lifting device, and IP65 protection grade motor to ensure that the ice cubes are hygienic enough.
Fully automatic inner packaging system: cup ice and bag ice packaging system, cup ice uses a single-row 6-hole filling machine, with a daily output of 100,000 cups, and the automatic bag ice packaging machine uses a multi-head weigher for weighing, efficient and continuous production. The equipment is made of food-grade materials to ensure that the entire process of ice cubes from cup retrieval, filling to sealing is fully automated and free from contamination
