The core of an edible ice factory follow a standardized production process, from water quality treatment to finished product packaging, forming a closed loop, which can be divided into five steps:
1.Water purification treatment: This is the basic step in the production of edible ice, which requires the use of a raw water pretreatment system and RO membrane reverse osmosis filtration technology to ensure that the water quality entering the ice machine meets the standards for edible ice production.
2. Ice machine: According to the actual needs of the local market, tube ice machine or cube ice machine can be choiced.

3. Ice screening: After ice making is completed, the ice cubes will be sent to the quick freezing vibration ice screening device or the quick freezing drum ice screening device. Through the equipment ice cubes can be separated and the unqualified crushed ice can be screened out to ensure that the quality of the ice cubes entering the next stage meets the standard.
4. Storage: Ice cubes that have passed the ice screening inspection will be sent to the ice storage hopper through the lifting and conveying device, facilitating the subsequent packaging process.
5. Packaging and cold storage: There are fully automatic cup ice packaging systems and fully automatic bag ice packaging equipment to choose. After packaging, send the edible ice to the cold room for storage. The above steps constitute a complete edible ice production line.
