About Icemedal ice block machine, both ammonia and freon system are applicable. The capacity range from 1 to 100 tons.
The block ice machine is an ice maker that produces the largest ice cubes in artificial ice cubes with the smallest contact surface and is the most difficult to melt. It is widely used in docks, ice-making plants for food processing and preservation, aquatic product preservation, cooling, ice sculpture shaping, edible ice manufacturing. The size of the ice cubes can be customized and they can be shredded into different shapes.

● Water temperature low, up to-10℃.
● Snake Coil evaporator design, the system oil return smooth, will not cause the compressor piston jam dead phenomenon.
● Integrated Design, easy to debug and test the whole machine, stable performance, simple installation.
Running gear
The ice can be taken out easily by one person with a driving device, saving labor and Labor.
Snake Coil evaporator
The brine ice block machine ice mold material is aluminum plate, the main machine is made of stainless steel, which has the characteristics of anti-rust and anti-corrosion. Equipped with an electric lift to speed up the collection of ice.
All-in-one water injection unit
After the ice mould is filled with water, it is put into the saltwater tank to make ice. After the ice-making time is over, the ice is poured out, and then the water is injected back into the place to make ice

We use brand Compressor as the stable heart for the ice machine, you can easily acquire spare parts of after-sale service around the globe.
Auto Control System
The machine is using Siemens PLC and touch screen controller for system control. After very short learning, operator may get to handle the whole machine.
