The tube ice production line combines ice making, conveying, weighing, filling, bagging, and sealing into a streamlined production process. The configuration can be adjusted according to production capacity, packaging requirements, and site conditions.
Clean water is supplied to the tube ice machine. A water treatment system can be added as an optional component according to the water quality and project requirements.
The tube ice machine freezes water into tube ice of uniform specifications. The system also automatically performs the harvesting process and discharges the produced ice into the conveying and storage hopper.
The finished tube ice is transferred from the ice machine to the automatic packing equipment through an ice conveyor, providing a continuous ice for packaging.
The tube ice enters an integrated automatic packing machine, where the ice is automatically weighed, filled into bags, and prepared for sealing. This integrated design helps reduce manual handling during the packaging process.
After the required amount of tube ice is packed, the bags are automatically sealed to produce finished bagged tube ice ready for storage, distribution, or sale.
